PRODUCT RETURNS:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not refund items that are returned used or damaged. Customers are responsible for safely shipping return items. We recommend you insure packages being returned to us, as fragile pieces can break in transit. Totah Studio is not responsible if an item is returned to us damaged.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THE BROKEN ITEM OR PACKAGING. On occasion, the carrier will want proof of damage to issue refund for replacement. If you discard the item, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be sent.

Custom orders are not refundable. 
Custom orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please contact us to discuss options if you need to modify a custom order, so we can see what options are available to you.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Due to limited class sizes, all registrations are subject to the following policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Request must be submitted in writing to hello@totahstudio.com. After 48 hours from the time of booking, workshop fees are non-refundable.

If unable to attend, participants may request their spot be offered to our waitlist. If we are able to fill your space, we may issue a studio credit or refund. This is not guaranteed and is handled at the discretion of Totah Studio.

Once a program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Medical Exceptions: We understand that serious medical issues can arise. Refunds or partial credits after a program has started may be considered in cases where a participant is physically unable to attend. A note from a licensed medical provider is required. Any accommodation is at the discretion of Totah Ceramics Studio, LLC.

Missed classes are non-refundable and are not eligible for make-ups or credits unless otherwise stated.

Class registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

By registering, participants acknowledge that spot is reserved specifically for them and that last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill.

Totah Ceramics Studio, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or other circumstances.

Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from class without refund.
