Our Kids Ceramics Class is a fun, creative, and welcoming weekly program where young artists can explore the world of clay while building confidence and developing new skills. Designed for children of all experience levels, this class encourages creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression through hands-on projects.
Students will explore both handbuilding and introductory wheel throwing while learning fundamental ceramic techniques in a supportive studio environment. Projects are designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, allowing each child to create unique, functional, and sculptural pieces.
Throughout the program, students will learn:
Handbuilding techniques
Wheel throwing
Surface decoration and texture
Glazing
Creative design and finishing techniques
SCHEDULE:
Wednesdays: 4:00–6:00 PM
Classes meet weekly in an ongoing program.
Starts Tuesday, September 8th
Enrollment is billed every 4 weeks to reserve your child's spot in class.
Maximum of 8 students for individualized instruction and plenty of hands-on support.
