Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to display and share images of all artwork, including custom pieces, for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PRODUCTS & ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

We make every effort to display accurate colors and images of our products, but due to variations in screens and the handmade nature of our work, we cannot guarantee exact color or detail accuracy.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

CUSTOM ARTWORK

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-cancelable once work has begun.

By placing a custom order, you agree that:

You have provided accurate and complete information for the project
Creative interpretation is part of the artistic process
Minor variations from expectations may occur

Revisions (if offered) are limited and will be outlined during the ordering process. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

WORKSHOPS & SERVICES

For any workshops or services offered:

All bookings are subject to availability
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances

Participation in workshops is at your own risk. Totah Studio is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, except where required by law.

Workshops are subject to additional terms + waivers

Users must agree to those before participation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns of unused, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us promptly with photos and retain the item for potential claims.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

DISCLAIMERS

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

That the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
Exact matches in color, texture, or appearance for handmade items
